If you are in one of the following situations  and know that you need to reball a part or a group of parts, then you have come to the right place.

- You have only the component manufacturers' part number to go by

- You have the entire data sheet or link to the datasheet of the component and do not have anyone who can dig out the technical specifications in order to specify the correct reballing preform

- You have the actual component but NOT the datasheet of the component needing to be reballed and need someone to make the measurements so that device can be reballed

When you place the order upload the link to you get us a vendor part number, the component mechanical package data, the data sheet itself or indicate that you will be sending the part into BEST Inc. 

When sending in the component, properly package the component, send it in -along with the order number that is part of your confirmation email- to:
