We can are able to work with your GERBER, .dwg, .dxf, .eps, .ai , .pdf and other vector file formats to bring you stainless steel machined parts quickly, without burrs or blemishes.

BEST has a variety of thicknesses in stock from 3-20 mils. Not only can we machine stainless steel but also copper, brass, titanium, carbon steel and others.

We have also supplied numerous industries applications shadow masks. These shadow masks can be made of a variety of thin metal materials and be precision cut to your requirements.

 

Shadow masks define device areas and form micro-structures  covering or masking off the target surface. Patterning a silicon wafer or substrate is usually processed with deposition using a mask such as this.

 

BEST Inc laser-machined  shadow-masks are a rapid and cost effective alternative over photo lithography when feature sizes are greater than 10um. Laser fabricated geometries achieve smaller dimensions, tighter tolerances than chemical etching. Shadow masks can be fabricated from unconventional metal substrates  that eliminate possible chemical contamination or reactions that are unwanted in the chamber. CAD system integration and custom file converters enable flexible, laser manufacturing from customer-provided data. Although most file types are accepted, the preferred file types are Gerber, DXF, or other 2D formats.
