StencilQuik(TM) BGA placement

The BEST StencilQuik(TM) Universal BGA repair kit is designed for you to immediately have in your hands the tools you need for BGA rework and repair. These larger full array stencils along with some Kapton tape and an exacto knife are what you need for that last minute project. The squeegee blade is used to print solder paste into the StencilQuik(TM) apertures so that you can then "fit" the BGA balls in to the apertures prior to reflowing the BGA.

Each kit comes with the following:

3 x 1.25mm pitch StencilQuik(TM)s

3 x 1.00mm pitch StencilQuik(TM)s

3 x .80mm pitch StencilQuik(TM)s

3 x .50mm pitch StencilQuik(TM)s

1 roll 1/2" wide Kapton(TM) tape 2 mils

Squeegee with 3 different blade widths

Having this kit on hand also greatly simplifies the other major benefit of StencilQuik(TM) its ability to repair mask.

Note: Thsi kit does not include solder paste

This product typically ships in 3 - 5 business days.

This is kind of a "toolbox" product....it needs to be there when you need it

While it takes time to repair mask underneath the BGA these stickers make it much faster to fix.

This is a nice little product to have on the PCB repair bench. Make sure to also have Kapton tape and an Exacto blade

    Life Saver!

If you repair lots of boards everyday you need lots of tools in your tool box. This kit was the best recent add to my toolbox.

With an Exacto knife, these stencils and some Kapton tape I can pretty much make almost any pattern so that I can repair solder mask underneath a BGA.
