Ordering Reballing Preforms

Each Reballing preform is “made to order”. If you have already used EZReball™ preforms and understand how to place the order, get a checkplot and recieve the preforms choose: New Reballing Pattern. If you have a part number from a product container or know the part number of a previously-ordered EZReball™ then choose the Re-Order EZReball™ Preform option below. The final option, Engineer My Pattern has BEST applications engineering take your data sheet, web site link for the component or even the part itself and we return a part number and a quote for the reballing preform. This last option is an engineering service.
