REACH Declaration of Conformity
We hereby certify every product manufactured and sold by BEST Inc on this soldertools.net web site, with the exception of the products listed below, are compliant with REACH - Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical substances.
BEST Inc, an ISO registered company, has systems in place to ensure ongoing compliance with the REACH Directive. These systems include: standard operating procedures that ensure that restricted substances are not used in our manufacturing operations, requiring that our third party suppliers provide us with certifications, certifying that the materials they supply to us are REACH compliant, and an auditing process to ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed.
BEST Inc has taken reasonable steps to provide accurate information but may not have chemical analyses on incoming materials and chemicals. Material content information in some cases may not yet be available from some of our suppliers, or the information they supply to us may be erroneous.
BEST Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or any other exemplary damages arising out of the information provided herein, or arising out of its provision of non-REACH compliant products or materials.
