Shipping & Warranty

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All stock orders (like most repair or soldering kits) placed before 1PM CST (GMT-6:00) ship out the same day. Otherwise leadtimes for custom products are specified . Please check your email for checkplots of drawings where we need your approval in order to proceed with the manufacturing of your product.

We Do NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS!!!

All orders after 1PM ship out the next BUSINESS POSTAL DAY.  (MONDAY THRU FRIDAY)

Returns

For customized products, since it is made per customer requirements there are no returns of those items. For these customized orders BEST Inc will provide you, the customer, with a "check plot" to confirm the pattern of the product we will be sending you.

For standardized products there will be a restocking fee subject to inspection of the returned item.

Warranty
BEST Inc. warrants that products manufactured will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt by the user. This Warranty does not apply to shelf-life limited items such as epoxies, circuit frames, etc..

This warranty does not cover wear and tear under normal use, repair or replacement required as a result of misuse, improper application, mishandling or improper storage. Failure to perform recommended routine maintenance will void this warranty. This warranty is available only to the first user.

BEST Inc. makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, and makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. BEST Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace any defective products at its facility or other location approved by it at no charge to user, or provide parts without charge for installation by the user in the field at user's expense and risk. User will be responsible for all costs of shipping equipment to BEST Inc. or other location for warranty service.

Except for the remedy above described, unless otherwise required by applicable law, BEST Inc. will have no other obligation with regard to any breach of warranty or other claim with respect to products, liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage caused by, or occurring in, connection with any of the products.

BEST Inc. guarantees 100% acceptance of all products. Notify BEST Inc. of any discrepancy within 30 days after receipt of item/s.
